Spiritual Direction Philosophy:
My philosophy to spiritual direction is focused on interfaith understanding. Rooted in the contemplative tradition, my approach is to meet directees where they are regardless of their faith tradition. I use a variety of practices including prayer, meditation, group direction, and silence.
