Philosophy of Spiritual Direction:
Though I was raised Roman Catholic, my own spiritual journey has been along a winding road and includes an abiding sense of the divine in nature and an infusion in Buddhist practices.
As a director, it is my work to help you hear how the spirit is moving in you--without shoulds or creeds. There are many paths to God and it is my privilege to accompany others along theirs with an open heart and deep, non-judgmental listening.
I am committed to continuing education, personal practice and the code of professional ethics set forth by Spiritual Directors International.
