Philosophy of Spiritual Direction:

I accompany you as you consider belief, doubt, practice, and the ups-and-downs of the spiritual life. I encourage your intimate and persistent relationship with your Deepest, Wisest Self by means of listening, silence, breath, inquiry, ritual, prayer, and other practices. My background encompasses many faith traditions, including Roman Catholicism, Reform Judaism, and Quakerism, as well as the UU and Wiccan faiths I now call home.

I was ordained into Unitarian Universalist ministry in 2015, and have been an initiate of Stone Circle Wicca(USA) since 1999.

I enthusiastically welcome and have experience with members of the LGBTQ* community, particularly those who are trans* and/or non-binary. I also offer experienced spiritual guidance to neurodivergent individuals, and one of my small groups comprises only queer and neurodivergent folks.

I facilitate individual, small-group, and online retreat spiritual accompaniment.
