Understanding that mystery surrounds, holds, and grounds us even though we don’t always notice it, with me, spiritual direction prioritizes contemplation, silence, and deep listening. Reflective questions are used to guide the conversation to the heart. Every person is held with compassion and offered a non-judgmental, open, and welcoming environment to explore matters of the Spirit.
