I am a certified chaplain, trained spiritual director, and compassionate companion dedicated to offering trauma-informed spiritual and emotional care. My goal is to support and accompany individuals and groups through the most important moments in their lives by offering a compassionate ear, a comforting presence, and the opportunity to explore deep questions about what it means to be human. For those who are feeling called or have been awaken by their holy longing, I offer space for exploration about how the Transcendental Mystery of Life, God, the Divine manifests in their lives through deep listening, compassionate inquiry, ritual, prayer, and silence. As a trained somatic practitioner, I create a safe and sacred space for individuals of all faiths—or none—to explore their unique spiritual path, their questions about life, themselves, and their connection to that which is greater than themselves.
