Spiritual Direction Philosophy:
I offer spiritual companioning to folks of all backgrounds and belief systems, supporting you in engaging with the Holy and your own wise and compassionate essence/soul/Divine spark. I companion folks along their spiritual journey through deep listening, compassionate presence, gentle curiosity and simple practices like readings, music, and poetry. Our work together is in the service of cultivating more soulful living; living that taps into the spiritual wellspring within and beyond us.
My practice is enriched by my work as a hospice chaplain, where I companion folks through the spiritual wilderness of grief, end of life and loss. And as a Certified Enneagram Teacher, I love to incorporate wisdom from the Enneagram, which I have found to be a powerful support for exploring our inner landscape.
In addition to individual spiritual companioning, I periodically offer online and in-person group spiritual companioning and Enneagram-specific individual sessions and groups.
