Spiritual Direction Philosophy:
I practice non-judgmental, hospitable, and meditative spiritual direction. I work with those who feel like they can't sit still or meditate, including activists, addicts, teenagers, and folks whose brains seem to move a mile a minute. If you feel like sitting still is your worst nightmare, then maybe leaning into that silence and stillness can help. I am a youth worker, speaker, an organizer with over fifteen years of experience, and passionate about sharing those gifts with people.
