Philosophy of Spiritual Direction:
I facilitate people of any faith and no faith in following their own unique spiritual paths, or paths with meaning. My spiritual companionship combines dreamwork, body awareness and creative pathways and/or analytic and academic approaches tailored to the needs of the seeker. My specialty is creating safety and being present with those suffering a crisis of meaning in their lives. I have experience working with individuals in personal or professional transition who are dealing with conflict, trauma, illness, aging, or loss. Working with me, you will access and befriend your inner wisdom. I would be honored to accompany you along your sacred journey to “Know Thyself.”
