Philosophy of Spiritual Direction:
Through silence and deep listening, spiritual direction can assist you in hearing the still voice within---opening yourself to the creative field, discerning your life's meaning, tapping into a deep wellspring of joy, and living--in the words of Parker Palmer--an "undivided life", or a life that is authentic to who you really are. I enjoy introducing wisdom stories, poetry and/or sacred readings into spiritual direction if that's something you'd like to explore, as well as art, journaling, or dreamwork
