| I am fully trained in Interfaith Spiritual Direction, and my 10 years as a Director of Religious Education at Mount Mansfield Unitarian Universalist Fellowship gives me a solid grounding in the appreciation of World Religions and the UU Faith. My practice is enhanced by ongoing education in the form of monthly peer supervision at the Institute for Spiritual Development, from which I received my certification. I serve as an adjunct at the Institute and see directees there in Burlington, and also have a private practice in my hometown of Huntington. I specialize in spiritual direction of UU seekers, religious professionals, members of the LGBTQA community, abuse and addiction survivors, and Buddhist practitioners (having enjoyed a daily Insight Meditation practice for the past 6 years). I am particularly fascinated by the intersection of spirituality and creativity, and am currently exploring how prayer can be deepened with art, music, poetry, and movement. I love this work, and look forward to the unfolding journey. |
