Following the tradition of the desert mothers and fathers and the mystics who sought to know God through self-discovery and inner wisdom, I walk with others through the fog of unknowing, seeking always to recognize and respond to the benevolent energy from the source of life. My practice of spiritual direction includes individual meetings - in person or via telephone - with seminarians, clergy and other serious seekers. I often integrate Reiki into my practice of spiritual direction.
Group spiritual direction is available for small groups in a retreat format.
