I offer a ministry of Presence to those who seek self transformation through the deep listening of spiritual direction. My heart is open to your story and together we find the direction of YOUR spiritual journey. I have been a spiritual director since 1999 and offer individual and group spiritual direction. In addition to meditation and prayer, my listening with you may include dialog, dream interpretation, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs Personality Type, Bio-Spiritual Focusing, and Reiki. I have been a Unitarian Universalist since 1985 and served as lay worship leader and adult religious education coordinator in my congregation and in the Pacific Northwest District.
I offer Supervision for Spiritual Directors — individual or group — and am also available for workshops, spiritual and women's retreats and pulpit supply. |
