| I have been a Unitarian Lay Chaplain for seven years, and I now train lay chaplains across Canada. I have begun offering a weekend workshop to UU communities entitled, 'Heart Communication' which encourages an embodied experience of communicating from our unmasked self. For me spiritual direction is a deep conversation about the mystery, the yearning, the divine impulse that nudges at us, how we listen to it and how we integrate it into our lives. Mostly it is about love. |
